Session Information

Each of my sessions are designed to meet your child where they are.

Some days that might mean lots of play, art, or movement;

other times, it may look more like talking, problem-solving, or reflecting.

I use a flexible, creative approach so kids and teens can feel

safe, supported, and seen in a way that works for them.

Before getting started, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation

so we can talk through your questions and see if I’m the right fit for your family.

Most sessions are held in person, but I also offer virtual options on a case-by-case basis.
